Introduction to Kid Friendly Websites with Mrs. Omland

Grades K-1, 3:20-4:20PM Room 12

Tuesdays 10/8, 10/22, 10/29, 11/12, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17 

Each week we will discover and enjoy primary grade websites. Some sites we will be using are ABCYA,PebbleGo, IXL, Fun Brain, and Starfall. Please pack a drink and snack for each club meeting day. (max enrollment: 8 per section)

Storybook Adventures with Miss Racanelli

Grades 1-2, 3:20-4:20PM

Thursdays 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19

Each week during Storybook Adventures, students will engage with a new fiction storybook. With each new book, students will participate in a wide range of creative activities, from crafts to STEM activities to hands-on adventures! Students will explore exciting new worlds and have afternoons filled with fun and creativity! Please pack a drink and snack for each club meeting day. (max enrollment: 8 per section)

Kids Kitchen Club with Mrs. Allen and Miss Riehl

Welcome to Kids Kitchen - where fun meets nutrition and mindful living for grades 2 through 4! Join us on a delicious journey of discovery as we explore the world of wholesome snacks and exciting flavors in our no-bake cooking class, followed by mindful movement activities after we fuel and nourish our bodies. Our club is dedicated to promoting healthy eating habits and overall well-being among our members. We will create a range of tasty and nutritious snacks that not only tantalize the taste buds but also nourish the body and mind. From crunchy carrot sticks dippers to juicy fruit kebabs, each snack is carefully curated to inspire healthy choices and sustain active lifestyles. So come on board and embark on a tasty adventure with Kids Kitchen Club – because great taste and good health go hand in hand! (max enrollment: 10 per section)

Coding and Robotics Club with Mrs. Brimigion

Grades 3-5, 3:20-4:20PM

Unlock your child's imagination with our after-school coding and robotics class!  This engaging program combines fun with learning as kids dive into the world of technology. Through hands-on projects, they’ll learn basic coding skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking while programming robots and coding games. This class is the perfect way to spark their interest in STEM and give them a head start on the digital future. Join us for an adventure where learning and play go hand in hand! (max enrollment: 12)

Dungeons and Dragons Club with Mr. Grzybek and Ms. Borgersen

Grades 5-6, 3:20-4:20PM 

Thursdays 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19

Dungeons and Dragons is a tabletop role-playing game where students will create their own character, go on adventures, take on quests, and battle monsters. Using cooperative teamwork, it takes the whole group with a variety of skills to tackle the world that’s created for them to play, live, and fight in.  What you can do is only limited by the extent of your imagination! (max enrollment: 10)
