Parent Night Out is coming this March 27th,  and we’re building a small, mighty committee to make it amazing—think a fun night out for parents that also raises real funds for our children.  

If you like to organize, create, or just pitch in with good people, we have a place for you. No experience needed—just a willingness to help.

Ways to help:

• Sponsorship & Donations: Reach out to local businesses for gift cards/baskets and event support (we’ll provide scripts and lists).

• Tricky Tray: Curate and package items; help with basket creation

• Logistics & Check-In: Creating ticket bundles prior to event, check-in table, and night-of flow.

• Volunteer Coordination: Build short shifts for set-up, breakdown, and raffle runners.

Time commitment:

• Light and flexible: with quick check-ins leading up to the event—most tasks can be done entirely from home
